1. Passport valid for at least 6 (six) months
2. Personal bank statement with minimum amount USD $5000 or equivalent the last 3 months period.
3. Recent photo with white background.
4. Curriculum Vitae.
5. Travel Itinerary.

To avoid any issues, please start your Visa extension process at least 1 week before it expires.
