D2 Business VISA​

1. Passport that is valid for at least 6 (six) months.
2. Proof of living expenses of at least US$ 2,000 or equivalent.
3. Recent photo with white background.
4. Statement letter from the spouse or parents explaining the family relationship with the applicant and the activities to be carried out in Indonesia, attached with a family card / similar document.
5. Curriculum Vitae.
6. Travel Itinerary.
7. Address in Indonesia
